Warranty

All Bespoke Electronics Company products purchased new from an authorized dealer or directly through The Bespoke Electronics Company are covered by a 2-year warranty from date of purchase. Product shall be free from defects in workmanship and materials. Damage due to physical abuse is specifically excluded under this warranty. 

Warranty is limited to the original owner. If this product transfers ownership before the 2 year warranty expires, warranty shall be terminated upon transfer of ownership. The Bespoke Electronics Company does not warranty products purchased anywhere other than authorized dealers or directly from The Bespoke Electronics Company. 

For warranty to apply the customer is responsible for returning the product unmodified within the warranty period. The customer assumes all responsibility for shipping and insurance to and from the factory or a factory specified repair facility. 

Warranty does not cover cosmetic damage or any damage due to misuse, accident, abuse, modification (to any part of product), or negligence. This includes improper operation and inappropriate sized power supply for application. This warranty does not cover damage due to electrical surges, lightning or improper voltage connection.

Any modifications to Bespoke Electronics Company products nullify all claims and void all provisions of the warranty and liability by the maker or authorized dealer. Should a product be returned to the factory for repair, the owner will be required to pay all necessary charges for the repair in addition to those charges required to return the product to its original configuration.

In the case of safety issues, no product shall be returned to the customer without those safety issues being corrected to the most recent accepted standards.

Removal or alteration of The Bespoke Electronics Company serial numbers voids the factory warranty. Product with altered or missing serial numbers will be suspect as counterfeit or stolen product.
